Pet Portraits
Commission a custom portrait of your beloved pet!
These portraits are created on paper using high-quality pencil crayons (not paint).
You can choose between three colours of paper: white, black, or tan. Depending on your pet’s colouring, certain paper choices may work better than others. For example, a white dog will stand out beautifully on tan paper.
Before I begin your portrait, I’ll ask you to provide photos of your furry friend — whether that’s your favourite photo or your favourite 15! The more reference images I have, the better I can “study” your pet to capture their unique energy and personality in the drawing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin your portrait. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Each portrait takes 10–15 hours to create, alongside my regular work schedule, so please allow at least one week (or more, depending on current demand) for completion.
Custom Artwork & Portraits
While pet portraits are my most popular commissions, I love creating all kinds of custom artwork! If you have a project in mind — big or small — I’d love to hear about it.
Pricing will vary depending on the subject, size, and complexity of the piece. Please contact me for a quote with your inquiry.
Here are just a few ideas of what I offer:
People portraits — a family member, friend, or even a favourite movie or TV character
Landscape paintings — acrylic paint on canvas
Other custom pieces — if you have something special in mind, just ask! I’m always excited to explore new ideas.
Original Pieces
My original pieces are rare — they’re created during spontaneous bursts of inspiration. Sometimes it’s late at night when a seemingly brilliant idea strikes, and I just have to start creating. Other times, it’s a quiet afternoon off, with a candle glowing beside my desk and time to get lost in the process.
While I most often use acrylic paint for original works, I’ve also made pieces with pencil, markers, and more.
